Winemaker Ben (Mr.) Riggs follows the philosophy “iconic wines from iconic regions”. Ideal alongside cured meats like salami and prosciutto, as well as poultry including chicken, duck, and turkey. It’s equally at home with sautéed or fried dishes, soft cheeses like brie and camembert, creamy sauces, and earthy mushrooms.

It also works beautifully with grilled or barbecued chicken, roasted pork or duck, and smoked foods. Onion, garlic, fresh herbs, toasted nuts and seeds, warming spices like cinnamon and clove, pasta, whole grains, and potatoes are excellent partners.
