Sourced from select vineyards in the Adelaide Hills and Blewitt Springs, this wine bursts with bright violets, beef stock, and crushed mint aromas. The full-bodied palate is rustic and earthy, layered with hints of cinnamon spice, supported by natural acidity and fine tannins. Deep in colour and rich in character, it’s a serious dry red with excellent structure. Perfect alongside slow-cooked meats, mushroom risotto, or aged hard cheeses.
