El Cuidador literally translates to the 'carer' or 'caretaker', and in a sense that is what a winemaker is; a caretaker of the vineyard. In this case, Javier Muria is the patient carer, nurturing organic vineyards to their fullest potential and coaxing every last bit of flavour out of grapes that have bathed in the Spanish sun.

These wines typify the modern Spanish attitude to winemaking – they are fresh and vibrant wines made with care and with attention to organic viticulture, turning out delicious food friendly reds that are true to their variety. In the range is a Garnacha and a Tempranillo.
