Shimmering bright lemon in colour, this Chardonnay is both fruit-driven and intriguingly savoury. Aromas of grapefruit, grilled pineapple, and melon intertwine with layers of smoky bacon, buttered popcorn, and pie crust, fused with hazelnuts, creamy caramel, and a hint of gunpowder. The palate is vibrant and energetic, with concentrated flavours and exhilarating acidity creating remarkable tension. Powerful yet refined, it drives towards a long, racy finish with finesse and precision.
