About this wine
Exclusively from the Grand Cru Classé of Bouzy, one of the 17 villages thus classified at the top of the qualitative hierarchy of champagnes. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, then 10 years on lees in bottle. Shiny gold in colour. On the nose and on the palate is small red fruits such as wild strawberries or blueberries, followed by a wide range of citrus fruits from lychee to candied mirabelle plum ending with Italian bergamot slightly woody and vanilla.
