Pale golden straw in colour, it opens with aromas of white peach, nectarine, lemon cheesecake, and vanilla bean, lifted by notes of fig, nougat, and roasted nuts. The palate is rich yet fresh, balancing nashi pear, lime, and rockmelon with hints of shortbread, pastry, and caramel.
