Gosset Grand Millesime Brut 2015 is a shimmering vintage Champagne made from 67% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir, sourced from the Côte des Blancs and select Montagne de Reims villages. The nose reveals white pear, peach, grapefruit, and subtle notes of aniseed and liquorice. The palate is finely poised and vibrant, with flavours of damson plum, pink grapefruit, and orange zest, finishing long with a whisper of salinity. Aged on lees and bottled with 8 g/L dosage, this wine offers freshness and elegance in perfect balance. Ideal with line-caught bass, grilled sole, or citrus-dressed sushi and maki.
